**1. Parties & Service.** APEX LABS ("we") provides information-analytical software services:
automated backtesting of user-described trading rules, statistical review of trade journals,
market data displays and calculators ("Service"). We are NOT a broker, exchange, custodian,
investment adviser, or fund manager. We never hold client funds, never request access to client
exchange accounts, and never execute trades on behalf of users.
**2. No Investment Advice.** All materials (reports, statistics, articles, alerts, calculator
outputs) are informational and educational. Nothing is an individual investment recommendation,
solicitation, or promise of profit. Trading cryptocurrencies — especially with leverage — carries
risk of total loss of deposited funds. Decisions and their consequences are solely the user's.
**3. Orders & Payment.** Services are ordered via the website form or Telegram bot and paid in
advance (USDT TRC20 or other agreed means). Prices are listed on the website. An order is accepted
when payment is confirmed and the order enters the processing queue.
**4. Delivery & Refunds.** Express services are delivered automatically, typically within 1 hour
(queue-dependent); full audits within the stated 3–5 days. If we fail to produce a technically
usable report (data could not be parsed, pipeline error not resolved within 7 days), we refund
100% of the order price. A verdict the user disagrees with ("strategy is unprofitable") is the
purchased product and is not refundable.
**5. User Data & Strategies.** Strategy descriptions and trade journals are used solely to fulfil
the respective order, are not published, not traded upon, and not shared with third parties.
Optional NDA is available for full audits. Data retention: order artifacts are stored up to
12 months, then deleted, unless deletion is requested earlier (GDPR-style erasure honored).
**6. Intellectual Property.** Reports and site materials are licensed for the paying user's
internal use. Resale or public redistribution of reports requires written consent. Our measurement
methodology remains our property.
**7. Limitation of Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for
any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific order.
We are not liable for trading losses, exchange failures, data feed errors of exchanges, or
decisions made based on our materials.
**8. Disclaimer on Data.** Market data is taken from public exchange APIs "as is"; we do not
guarantee its completeness or absence of errors. Backtest results model the past and do not
guarantee future performance.
**9. Age & Jurisdiction.** Service is for users 18+. Users are responsible for compliance with
laws of their jurisdiction (some jurisdictions restrict crypto-related services).

7. Наша ответственность ограничена суммой конкретного заказа. За торговые убытки, сбои бирж
и ошибки их данных не отвечаем.
8. Данные биржевых API «как есть»; бэктесты моделируют прошлое и не гарантируют будущее.
9. 18+. Ответственность за соблюдение законов вашей страны — на пользователе.
